This is the real deal officially and stamped dated 1995 at the bottom right corner with official seal and it is numbered. Please note that she died in 1979 but this an officially requested Death Certificate from a family member. It is stamped 1995 because that was the date it was requested. .The certificate is in better than good shape. Light handling and storage wear. This certificate has a three way fold horizontally. It must have been in an envelope originally. I don't have the envelope... The certificate is very clean... It looks very nice... This rare "Death Certificate" was obtained at an estate sale... I don't know where the certificate came from originally other than from the Los Angeles County Records... ... It isn't a reproduction... This is the real thing... I have "CLAUDIA JENNINGS" photos...BIO and slides up for sale in different auctions... This auction will be a buy it now only...
