Hello Universal horror poster collectors again. If you will please read the "me" page on this listing you will see that I started off just like most of us as a lover of the classic monster movies & never intended it to get out of hand & be such a big part of life but here it is 7 years after my first poster purchace & man o man did i get in this about 20 years to late , i should have been collecting these things in the 90s rather than restoring old cars!! Anyway........it is time to let most some of my Universal pieces & most of the Realart pieces in my collection go, the longest wall in our home has been nicknamed "Realart Row" for the last 4 years but the Universal pieces have taken over & are laying in the floor with no where to go so Realart Row has got to go, most of the Realart horror pieces of the 40s & 50s are quiet impressive I have had 8 times the realart pieces i have now but have sold off item after item keeping what is considered to be the "best' of the Realart pieces, whenever possible buy from a collector or dealer that loves the stuff & puts there heart & soul into the posters & the movies rather than these greedy fat cat auction houses that are selling you posters adding another 20% in fees to there already ever growing bank roll .....but of course if you had rather buy & pay almost 1/4 more in addition be my guest.............. I am offering for sale some great Horror movie posters from the 1940's and 1950s for a Real art price. This is a absolutly MINT original 1954 Universal Creature from the Black Lagoon 1 sheet (aprox 27 x 41), this is a super high quality one that i picked up in a deal last year that i have just been holding onto hoping the right trade deal would come along but i figured with the only other one available for a wopping opening bid of like 18,000 i would offer this one for thousands less...............................it is on linen with minimal touch up in the folf lines & absolutly no painting insede the artwork, just a faboulas example if this wonderfull poster..........................those who know understand that this is  the best poster image ever made on this film  & needs absolutly nothing done to it except  enjoyed. some other pieces shown are available...........       Place a Bid!
